If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused items to us, in their original packaging, within 15 days from the receipt of your shipment. We will issue a refund once your return has been received, subject to the following terms and conditions.
We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e., color, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.
Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our end.
We cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items. Returns must be in their original, unopened packaging and re-sellable condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or other method originally used to purchase the product.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
