It depends on your delivery location. Orders processed within the contiguous U.S. with standard shipping usually takes 5 – 8 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. During Covid-19, international deliveries may take longer than usual.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You may be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Many orders are processed within thirty minutes of placement. We cannot make changes to an existing order. We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and products! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with the products that you have ordered, please return your unused items to us, in their original packaging, within 15 days from the receipt of your shipment. We will issue a refund once your return has been received, subject to the following terms and conditions.

We do not offer refunds for batch differences (i.e., color, texture, taste) as these differences are due to the natural state of the product and do not indicate compromised quality.

Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our end.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns on used or damaged items. Returns must be in their original, unopened packaging and re-sellable condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or other method originally used to purchase the product.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Raw honey is not pasteurized, filtered, or processed, and as such, it retains all the vitamins, pollen, enzymes, and nutrients inside the honey. It comes out as a liquid, but it will naturally crystallize into a solid over time.

Please note: While raw honey has amazing health benefits, do not give raw honey to infants younger than 1-year-old due to Clostridium botulinum (type of bacteria) that can cause infant botulism and is sometimes found in honey. Both raw and pasteurized. Once a child is one year old, their digestive system is generally considered to have matured enough to kill the bacteria. 

Yes, all honey contains traces of pollen. This is how it can help you dodge a fever and how companies can trace the origin of their honey as different countries have unique characteristics before packaging. HoneyGo!  honey is pure, unblended, unheated, unprocessed honey. Like other raw honey, it will solidify over time.

To ensure the best quality honey possible, we will only ever carry completely unpasteurized, only coarse-filtered, completely raw honey - the way honey should be.

You can store Honey Go! honey at room temperature. Some people put it in their freezer, and it turns nice and creamy when thawed. Ensure that the lids are tightly sealed, as honey likes to absorb odors and moisture. Also, be sure to avoid leaving it in overly hot locations.

No! Honey will generally never expire or go off as long as it is kept in its container with the lid on (this prevents too much moisture from getting in, which may allow the yeasts in the honey to begin fermentation). It is unique amongst foods in this ability to stay good forever. Honey from hundreds and even thousands of years ago has been recovered from archeological sites and is still perfectly fine to eat.

All honey must have a Best Before End (different from the expiry date). Still, this date primarily signifies how long before the honey will be fully crystallized. The best Before Date also takes into account possible temperature variations and the repeated opening of the jars, which may, over time, degrade the color and flavor of the honey. Still, this date is set very conservatively, just to be sure. So long as you store it appropriately, honey past this date will still be perfectly safe and delicious, whether it is runny, fully crystalized, or somewhere in between.

Officially, for food packaging standards, honey needs an expiry date; however, it is commonly accepted that honey doesn’t go out of date due to its high sugar and low water content.

Real, natural honey never expires. It simply changes shape. Over time, honey settles, hardens, and becomes hazy. Honey transforms from a slightly transparent golden liquid to an opaque, firmer grainy substance.

Any expert beekeeper will tell you that honey crystallization is beneficial. This indicates that the honey is genuine and rich in antioxidants and enzymes. The crystallization process is natural and has little to no influence on the honey except for different textures, densities, and colors.

The temperature at which honey is produced or stored causes it to crystallize faster. As honey cools, it gets more solid, and the crystallization process accelerates.

Our Hexa jars and Luxury honey spoons ( wrapper off but keep the foil on so no water enters ) can be placed in warm (45 Celsius/113 fare height) temperature water for about 30 min, and your crystallized honey will be back to its original state. It can easily drizzle over your favorite bread.
